We are Westie (West Highland Terrier) lovers who wanted a Westie website that's truly for Westies. In searching the internet we found that a site didn't exist, so we built this one. Most of our members and guest will remember that The Westie Place was launched approximately 4 years ago. However, recently the site had been taken down to change host companies. Well we are back more fluffy and loving then ever and with some very serious technology to help possible Westie owners and present Westie owners learn as much about this loving breed as they can.

Since launching our site in 2004, thewestieplace.net has become the fastest growing Westie site on the internet and has won three awards for it's comprehensive information the breed. The Westie Place has over 1000 Westie followers who share their photos and stories with the Website's founders the Westies Angel and Tina.

Our goal is to show purest reflection of Westie owner's love and enjoyment of their best friends. As long as we continue to get the support of the Westie community we will keep adding features customized for their pets.
